I haven’t asked for their support, but after several minutes of searching online, I cant find a solution for Ugee users like us. I will write – again – to Ugee and see if they can do any better at resolving this mismatch of hardware and software.Īre there any updates to similar situations like this? I also have a surface tablet that isn’t Wacom (Yiynova brand instead) with an extended display and the solutions haven’t worked for me either, I’m assuming because like the last person we both have tablets that aren’t Wacom brand.
